1 postpartum visit 3-5 days after delivery which is 4 hours of my time instead of the typical 1 hour lactation visit. During these 4 hours we go over infant care (diaper changes, how to breast or bottle feed, baby bathing, bottle and pump part washing and sterilization, light snack and meal prep to assist milk production
